A cured rib weighs 2 to 5 pounds. At checkout you pay for an average rib of 3.5 pounds ($66.50). Once your rib is weighed, we invoice or refund the difference at $19.00 a pound.
Shipping
Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Kansas and Arkansas: orders of 15 lb and up ship free. Under 15 lb: $25 shipping, or $35 for 5 lb or less.
All other states: shipping is shown and paid at checkout.
